Who we are
Hi — we're Lisa and Cody.
Between us we spent over 40 years in corporate. We gave it up for the arts, and built Collective Ink, our tattoo studio on Barton Street in Kirikiriroa.
And then we kept meeting businesses that needed a hand.
Tattooing put us in a room with people who run their own thing — makers, trades, studios, one-person operations. Great at the work. Carrying the admin, the website, the bookings and the marketing on top of it, usually at night.
We already knew that side. Forty years of corporate between us is good for exactly one thing: we have seen how the big end does it, what it costs, and how much of it a small business is quietly paying for and rarely using.
Riot With Us is our offering to those people.

You deal with one of us the entire time. Whoever you talk to can make the call, so nothing waits on a third person.
